SUCCESS!!! Catherine and Pierre celebrate obtaining their green cards with their attorney Florina Apostol. As entrepreneurs, they entered the United States on an E-2 visa as Treaty Investors. After Catherine won the Orlando Signature Dish Competition, she was sponsored and offered a position as an executive chef by a local restaurant. Her PERM was approved in only 7 weeks. We filed the I-140 petition and adjustment of status for Catherine and the adjustment of status for her spouse as her dependent.
